Introducing Vocal – the hassle-free way to send voice messages through email. With Vocal, you can easily record and send audio messages in Gmail and Outlook without the need for any additional app.

You are in complete control as your recipient can listen to your voice directly in their inbox and delete the message afterwards.

Vocal app is available on all major email clients and platforms, saving you two hours per day compared to typing.

Voice messages are added to your email as either an attachment or an image link.

Your recipient can then listen to your voice note directly in their email client by clicking on the file, or they can listen to it in their browser by clicking on the blue player/image, which includes a transcription for ease of use.

You may record your audio message straight inside Outlook or Gmail, customize it, and review it before sending it to your email:

• Color of the image
• Your name
• Your profile image
• The brief text (“Click to listen to my voice message”)
• Whether or not to attach the message as an mp3 file?
• Custom domain (Deal’s tier 2, 3 & 4)
• Custom Call to Action

Vocal may be put just about anywhere:

• Inside Gmail in your browser
• Inside the Gmail app on your phone
• Inside Outlook in your browser and desktop application
• As a Chrome addon that records notes at any point
• As a web app that records from your browser

After installing our Chrome extension, a microphone is added to Gmail, allowing you to record your message and send it with a few clicks.

Tier 2 and above provide you access to the following features

• Personalized domain for voice messages hosting
• To invite your team, use the team management dashboard (amount specified in contract terms)
• Voice notes can be sent to you using a voice contact form that you can include on your website

Starting with Plan 3, you can take advantage of a few more features, such as:

• Analytics to track who listened to your audio message, when they listened, from what location, and on what device
• Folders: To organize and manage voice notes, make as many folders as necessary
